Barefoot Lodges founded by Roshan Dsilva - is a new Real Estate Development company focused on Leisure/ Second Homes. The properties will be boutique residences with a strong leisure component and will become destinations in themselves post-completion - our expectation is that 50% of the units will be available for discerning customers to book for their short to medium stay holidays with the rest being kept as private residences for the enjoyment of their owners.

The founder is looking to build a brand that is eco-sensitive, luxurious, in harmony with nature and the local population, and has strong elements of sustainability, fun, well-being, art, culture, and most of the finer things in life. The initial homes are in India, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Portugal and the Caribbean.
